The fundamental writings of “black culture” is contained in a trilogy of books respectfully titled “Canaan Odyssey (1988); “Footprints, Images and Reflections (1993);” and “A Mighty Long Way (2000).” A consolidated publication was released in 2013 under the title “I Never Heard Their Cry,” and founds its way into the Nova Scotia school text system. Note: generally speaking, most writings in this domain deal in some measure with black culture.
